Janice joined Fidelis Insurance Group in January 2023 as the Group Chief Legal Officer and a member of the Group’s Executive Leadership Team. With over 35 years of industry experience, Janice leads the Group’s legal, compliance and governance functions. Janice has led the legal, compliance and human resource functions at a number of international companies. She served as Group General Counsel and Head of Human Resources at Third Point Reinsurance Ltd., General Counsel at Ariel Reinsurance Ltd., and in several Senior legal roles at the ACE Group of Companies, including as General Counsel of ACE Financial Solutions International, prior to the combination with Chubb. Janice is a US licensed Attorney and holds a Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University, a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Fordham University Graduate School of Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.
