Dee joined Fidelis Insurance Group in 2023 as the Group Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Prior to joining Fidelis, Dee was the CISO of Slaughter and May and before that, he headed Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer's global cyber security function. With many years of experience in all aspects of building and operating information security programs, Dee has implemented and operated cutting-edge cyber security technologies, managed vulnerability and penetration testing programs, ensured technical and administrative security controls worked as intended, and maintained industry-standard information and cyber security accreditations. He graduated with a BSc in Marine and Freshwater Biology from Queen Mary, University of London.
